The sole proprietor's name, legal form and service address appear in the provider box on this page. A separate authorised representative is shown only for an operator form for which this is required. The information is permanently accessible through the Legal Notice link.
Direct contact
The email address in that box is the direct electronic contact for product, support, privacy and legal enquiries. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, children's photos or confidential conversation content.
Register, tax and supervision
A register name and number and VAT or business-identification number appear in the provider box only where issued to the actual operator and legally required. Kumilo does not provide a regulated professional service, so no special professional supervisory authority is listed.
Responsibility for content
The operator in the provider box is responsible for Kumilo's own product and company content. Kumilo does not currently publish a journalistic news service or public user posts. If that scope changes, any additionally required responsible person will be named before activation.
Consumer dispute resolution
The operator's statement about willingness or obligation to participate before a consumer-arbitration body is included in the provider box where section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act applies. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so this notice does not contain an obsolete platform link.
Copyright and external services
Kumilo's own text, design, trade marks and software are protected under applicable law. The operator of an external service is responsible for its content. A reference does not mean that Kumilo adopts third-party content; apparent infringements may be reported through the contact address.
